
J2K Manufacturing, located in Monongahela, PA, is a family-owned machine shop founded in 2020 by a father–daughter team: John Hill, President, and Katelynn Werner, Vice President. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering, and precision machining.

J2K recently upgraded the machine shop to include a Mazak Nexus 510C Vertical Milling Center.

John Hill, owner and president, brings over +40 years of manufacturing knowledge, skills, and certifications to J2K Manufacturing. He started his interest in the machining world at the early age of 16 and was determined to start his own business. After acquiring the right tools for the job, his dream came true and J2K Manufacturing was born.

Kathy brings 30+ years of experience/skills in the manufacturing & distribution
environment to J2K. Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge from her past
positions such as purchasing buyer, procurement, supply chain, logistics,
inventory management, material, and quality control along with accounts
payable and accounts receivable knowledge.

Katelynn Werner, owner and vice-president, started exploring the manufacturing field at the early age of 8 by attending the IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show) biannually with her parents; while attending the shows, she grew more interested in what the field has to offer. Katelynn Werner, owner and vice-president, started exploring the manufacturing field at the early age of 8 by attending the IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show) biannually with her parents; while attending the shows, she grew more interested in what the field has to offer. It wasn't til she hit High School that Katelynn knew manufacturing would become her career. Now, Katelynn brings over +8 years of innovation, technology, and manufacturing knowledge to J2K. She is currently continuing her education to ensure J2K will always be the best!

Mike Cochran, Manual Shop Supervisor, is the back bone of J2K Manufacturings Manual Department. Bringing over +40 years of machine tool knowledge to J2K, Mike is the glue that holds our manual department together. His expertise, precision machining skills, and leadership abilities make him a perfect fit for J2K Manufacturing.

Brandon Werner, Engineering & Fabrication Specialist, is a versatile member of the J2K Manufacturing team who wears many hats.
