J2K Manufacturing, located in Monongahela, PA, is a family-owned machine shop founded in 2020 by a father–daughter team: John Hill, President, and Katelynn Werner, Vice President. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering, and precision machining.
As the company has grown, so has the team:
- Kathy Hill, Senior Vice President, brings over 20 years of expertise in operations and customer relations, helping J2K maintain strong partnerships and seamless day-to-day management.
- Brandon Werner, Engineer & Fabrication Specialist, is our newest team member and wears many hats at J2K. His skills span engineering, CAD/CAM design, electrical engineering, fabrication, and machining, making him a vital asset to both our shop floor and engineering team.
At J2K, our success is built on two pillars: precision parts and loyal relationships. We strive to be your one-stop problem solver, working with you from concept to design to finished product. Whether you need prototyping, machining, or full-scale production, we take the stress out of the process — so you can focus on your business while we deliver results.

No project is impossible when you combine the CAD/CAM Knowledge of J2K Employees with our precision machines. Utilizing both MasterCAM and Solidworks allows J2K to provide additional services to our customers such as 3D Modeling, Drafting, Reverse Engineering, and More!

John Hill, owner and president, brings over +40 years of manufacturing knowledge, skills, and certifications to J2K Manufacturing. He started his interest in the machining world at the early age of 16 and was determined to start his own business. After acquiring the right tools for the job, his dream came true and J2K Manufacturing was born.

Kathy brings 30+ years of experience/skills in the manufacturing & distribution
environment to J2K. Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge from her past
positions such as purchasing buyer, procurement, supply chain, logistics,
inventory management, material, and quality control along with accounts
payable and accounts receivable knowledge.

It wasn't til she hit High School that Katelynn knew manufacturing would become her career. Now, Katelynn brings over +8 years of innovation, technology, and manufacturing knowledge to J2K. She is currently continuing her education to ensure J2K will always be the best!
